Plus I assume you're going to want something Sims can walk through AND something they can't, so I'll need an arch to go with the window. I can't share anything with you yet, because I used the biggest goddamn window I could find, and even if the creator's TOU didn't only allow recolors to be uploaded to TSR and nowhere else, I had to clone the mesh because a recolor can't overwrite the mesh's cutout. (The full-wall cutout I already knew would be that easy - I knew one of the early window cutout tutorials ( this one) had been written in terms of 'these are the dimensions of a wall segment, and this is how you use those numbers to eyeball the coordinates of your window' and that I could use it to figure out the coordinates for a full-segment cutout.) I'm not sure how much of this will make sense to you, but in case anyone else wants to know, I tried replacing the textures (both frame and glass) with empty transparent ones just to rule it out as an option, because I didn't think it was that easy, but it actually was that easy. If none of that sounds helpful, perhaps you could explain what you want to accomplish and what packs you have, and someone may be able to help. If you want to control where Sims can and cannot walk, Bakie at MTS (and elsewhere) has an invisible "fence" (not a true fence iirc) that will do that. If you want to place objects that need to be placed on a wall, it's at least sometimes possible to place them with bb.moveobjects or other tricks. If you just need the room to be treated as a room, for example, there are fences that are just lines on the ground/floor that Sims can walk over, but they will still define rooms in the game if you need that to make something behave the way you want it to. However, depending on what you're trying to do, there may also already be a solution that doesn't require anyone to fill a request for new content, or you to learn how to make it, before you can use it. I'd be surprised if it's not possible to make windows (and an arch) that are all wall cutout with no frame, glass, etc., or at least very close to that.
